TÍTULO PROVISÓRIO
Art Exhibition
dependent at NONADA Gallery
A provisional title is a temporary document that certifies ownership or a right to something, but is not yet definitive. This notion of transience resonates with art in process — work that is built through daily labor and through its relationship with external structures that form part of the productive chain of the art system.
In Penha Industrial, Daniel Barreto, Daniel Olej, Gabriela Mureb, Helô Duran, Lucas Pires + Bruna Lamego, Mbé, and Rafael Meliga present paintings, sculptures, photographs, performances, sound pieces, videos, and installations.
The curatorship explores how productive chains can bring individuals closer together and become an artistic language. The exhibition gathers works that converge through shared experiences within the industrial system, as well as through the exploration of techniques, processes, materialities, and the standardizations that shape the artists’ daily work.
